This American Life: House on Loon Lake fantastic story, with a resolution somehow more poignant and interesting for being so ordinary. there are so many abandoned houses along the roads in west virginia. i often look at them and wonder about the lives of the people who lived there. a reminder of what a temporary construct a family is.
Apple plans Web-based iTunes, says WSJ | VentureBeat this is how i assumed itunes would work. interested if (1) i can upload my own audio files (personal recordings, etc.), (2) i can backup the collection locally, (3) the associated ipod/android/etc. apps let me select files to store locally when on the go.
