\section{Introduction}

\subsection{Haydn's London Trios}

[need information about the pieces here.]

\subsection{A Mutopia Edition}

Thank you for using this Mutopia score. Mutopia scores are prepared
by music lovers from all over the world who collaborate over the
Internet using the Lilypond typesetting system. We hope you will
enjoy this score and share your comments and corrections with us.

\subsubsection*{Why should you use a Mutopia edition?}

Mutopia editions provide many benefits unavailable in conventional
musical publications.

\begin{itemize}

\item These scores are prepared with Lilypond. Lilypond is Free
Software, distributed under the GNU General Public License. There is
no cost to own and use Lilypond, and you are encouraged to share it.
Its source is available, and you are welcome to contribute to its
development or modify it for your own needs. For more information
about Free Software, visit http://www.gnu.org/.

\item Just like Lilypond, Mutopia scores are Free. Unlike most
publications, you are encouraged to reproduce and distribute them, and
to modify them for your own needs. The original source files from
which the scores are generated are available on the Mutopia website,
and you are free to use them however you wish. You can extract parts,
add or change fingerings, modify the page layout, quote a section for
your own work, print to a different paper size... whatever you need.

\item Mutopia scores can be considered to be in development. Most
scores are dead after publication. If the company that published one
is still in business, you \textit{may} be able to contact them and
your needs \textit{may} influence the next edition, if there is one.
A Mutopia score is a living, ongoing process supported by a community.
If you find a problem in a score, you can email its maintainer, have
it fixed, and print a copy of the corrected version. If the
maintainer stops working on it, the source files are still available,
and anyone can take the job and carry on.

\item MIDI versions of the scores are available on the Mutopia
website, so you can hear a mechanical performance of the music.

\end{itemize}

We hope you will find participation in the Mutopia community an
enriching way to share in the editing, publication, and distribution of
great music. Visit the Mutopia website for information on how you can
contribute your own scores or request an edition of music you would
like to have.

Please redistribute this edition to your local musicians and
libraries. If you find a problem in this score, please report it, and
if you enjoy it, please let the maintainer know that as well.
