12/25/2002 -- another big storm hits while i'm at glenn's. on his street, there's always someone who competes for the title of "least-well-advised neighbor" by trying to get up the hill. the tracks here show how far he got before backing down.

at least glenn's is a dead-end street, so there's a conceivable reason why someone might want to get to the top of it. the same thing happens on my street, where it's inexplicable, since continuing down the cross street at the bottom of the hill takes you to the same place as going up the hill. maybe it's a macho thing i just don't understand.
